EDC16C34 0281012619 1037380736 ORI – original full BDM backup from a Bosch EDC16C34 fitted to the Citroën Berlingo 1.6 HDi (PSA 9663943980): external flash 2 MB + EEPROM 95160 (2 / 4 / 8 KB formats, multi-tool), bench read, nothing modified.
What you get (7 ZIPs, 4.9 MB in total)
✔ EDC16C34 0281012619 1037380736 ORI full BDM backup – external flash 2 MB + EEPROM 95160 (2 / 4 / 8 KB formats, multi-tool), read from the same ECU
✔ INFOS.html datasheet in 12 languages
✔ Unmodified original read – no tuning, no immobilizer change, no checksum work
Complete bench read of the Bosch EDC16C34 used in the Citroën Berlingo 1.6 HDi: external flash 2 MB + EEPROM 95160 (2 / 4 / 8 KB formats, multi-tool) from one and the same ECU, delivered as 7 ZIPs with an INFOS.html datasheet.
This is what tuners call a full BDM or full backup – not the flash alone. In addition, the download link is available right after payment.
7 independent reads of the same software, from 7 different ECUs. Each read is complete and unmodified. Read #1 is the one to write; keep the others to compare or to double-check your own read – the differences are listed under Archive contents.
Not sure it is your file? For example, send us a photo of the ECU label or a screenshot of your tool’s identification screen before ordering – we confirm the match.
Compatible vehicles
| Vehicle | Engine | Engine code | Power | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Citroën Berlingo | 1.6 HDi | 9HX | 90 hp / 66 kW | confirmed for this software |
| Peugeot Partner | 1.6 HDi | 9HX | 90 hp / 66 kW | twin model – same vehicle as the Citroën Berlingo, Peugeot badge |
Hardware 0281012619 was fitted with 3 software states in our catalogue, so the engine badge is not enough: compare HW 0281012619 and PSA 9663943980 on the label, then the software number in your tool.
If your Berlingo shows HW 0281012619 but SW 1037375956 (PSA 9661032980), you need this other file instead.

The EEPROM is supplied in three formats for multi-tool compatibility – 2 KB / 4 KB / 8 KB – with the same data: 2 KB is the chip’s native size, the larger ones suit tools that expect a bigger file. Load the one your tool accepts.
Both memories were read from the same box, so they match each other (including the donor’s immobiliser data). The MPC internal flash is not part of the archive: it is not needed to restore, clone or compare an EDC16C34 with the usual tools.

Notes on this file
We read 7 EDC16C34 ECUs running software 1037380736 for this page. Hardware 0281012619 is known with 3 software versions in our catalogue; this page is 1037380736. Engine: Citroën Berlingo 1.6 HDi (90 hp, engine code 9HX).
Works with all common tools – KTAG, KESS3, Flex, Autotuner, bFlash, PCMflash, BDM100 and similar tools. However, in rare cases an alignment with a hex editor or WinOLS may be needed before writing. For professional use – workshops and ECU technicians.
How to identify your ECU
On the label
The Bosch label on the EDC16C34 housing shows the hardware number 0 281 012 619 and the PSA number 96 639 439 80; it may also carry a Bosch sticker number starting with 1039S. That 1039S number is not the software: the software 1037380736 only appears when you read the ECU with a tool, or in the INFOS.html of this archive.

What KESS / KTAG show
| Field | What the tool shows |
|---|---|
| HW | often empty – use the label |
| SW | 1037380736 |
| SW upg. (SW màj., soft up, UpgSW) | empty, or 1037380736 again |
Expected ID screen: SW 1037380736, upgrade field empty or identical. Anything else in the upgrade field → not this file, search the upgrade number instead.

Questions about this file
Is EDC16C34 0281012619 1037380736 ORI a full BDM backup or only the flash?
Full backup: the 2 MB external flash and the 95160 EEPROM were read together from the same ECU (Citroën Berlingo 1.6 HDi application) – enough to restore a bricked unit, clone it or start a stage 1 on 1037380736.
My tool shows SW 1037380736 but the HW field is empty. Right file?
Yes, KESS and KTAG often leave HW blank. Check 0 281 012 619 and 96 639 439 80 on the label; if the upgrade line is empty or repeats 1037380736, this is your file.
Does it fit the Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDi?
Yes – the Partner is the twin of the Citroën Berlingo: same engine, same EDC16C34. Check 0 281 012 619 and 96 639 439 80 on the label and software 1037380736 in your tool before ordering.
Same hardware 0281012619 but my tool shows SW 1037375956?
Then you need the other file for this hardware: SW 1037375956 with PSA 9661032980, sold on its own page. 0281012619 alone is not enough to choose.
Why are there 7 downloads for one software?
We read 7 ECUs running 1037380736. Write read #1; the others differ by VIN, immobiliser and adaptation data in the EEPROM, useful to compare with your own read.
Does the EEPROM contain the immobiliser of the donor Berlingo?
Yes, as read. This is the original state of ECU 0281012619, not a virgin file: for another car, transfer your own immobiliser data or use a virgin EEPROM.
Which EEPROM file should I write – 2 / 4 / 8 KB?
The size your tool proposes for a 95160: 2 KB is the native format, the others hold the same data in the larger formats some tools expect. Most tools simply refuse a wrong size.
