EDC15C2 0281010567 1037353453 ORI – original full BDM backup from a Bosch EDC15C2 fitted to the Peugeot 607 2.2 HDi (PSA 9641188180): external flash 512 KB + EEPROM 95080 (1 KB), bench read, nothing modified.
What you get (2 ZIPs, 808 KB in total)
✔ EDC15C2 0281010567 1037353453 ORI full BDM backup – external flash 512 KB + EEPROM 95080 (1 KB), read from the same ECU
✔ INFOS.html datasheet in 12 languages
✔ Unmodified original read – no tuning, no immobilizer change, no checksum work
Each ZIP archive with the complete memory of a Bosch EDC15C2, read on the bench (Peugeot 607 2.2 HDi application): external flash 512 KB + EEPROM 95080 (1 KB), taken from the same ECU, plus an INFOS.html datasheet.
In forum terms: a full BDM / full backup, flash and EEPROM together, not an OBD flash read. Moreover, the ZIP is delivered instantly once the order is paid.
Two independent reads of the same software, from two different ECUs. Each read is complete and unmodified. Read #1 is the one to write; keep the other to compare or to double-check your own read – the differences are listed under Archive contents.
Not sure it is your file? For example, send us a photo of the ECU label or a screenshot of your tool’s identification screen before ordering – we confirm the match.

Hardware 0281010567 was fitted with 2 software states in our catalogue, so the engine badge is not enough: compare HW 0281010567 and PSA 9641188180 on the label, then the software number in your tool.
If your 607 shows HW 0281010567 but SW 1037353283 (PSA 9641188180), you need this other file instead.

Read #2 compared with read #1: 4 bytes differ in the flash (2 areas: 0x07EC12–0x07EC13, 0x07EC3A–0x07EC3B); 230 bytes differ in the EEPROM (37 areas: 0x000009, 0x00000C, 0x00000F, …).
Because flash and EEPROM come from one ECU, writing both restores a coherent unit (donor immobiliser data included). The MPC internal flash is not part of the archive: it is not needed to restore, clone or compare an EDC15C2 with the usual tools.

Notes on this file
We read two EDC15C2 ECUs running software 1037353453 for this page. Hardware 0281010567 is known with 2 software versions in our catalogue; this page is 1037353453.
Readable and writable with KTAG, KESS3, Flex, Autotuner, bFlash, PCMflash, BDM100 and similar tools. Still, very occasionally the file needs aligning in a hex editor or WinOLS for your setup. For professional use – workshops and ECU technicians.
How to identify your ECU
On the label
On the Bosch label of the EDC15C2 you will read 0 281 010 567 (hardware) and 96 411 881 80 (PSA), often with a Bosch sticker number beginning 1039S. The sticker number is a production reference, not the software: only a tool read, or the INFOS.html in this archive, gives the 1037… numbers.

What KESS / KTAG show
| Field | What the tool shows |
|---|---|
| HW | often empty – use the label |
| SW | 1037353453 |
| SW upg. (SW màj., soft up, UpgSW) | empty, or 1037353453 again |
Expected ID screen: SW 1037353453, upgrade field empty or identical. Anything else in the upgrade field → not this file, search the upgrade number instead.

Questions about this file
Is EDC15C2 0281010567 1037353453 ORI a full BDM backup or only the flash?
Full backup: the 512 KB external flash and the 95080 EEPROM were read together from the same ECU (Peugeot 607 2.2 HDi application) – enough to restore a bricked unit, clone it or start a stage 1 on 1037353453.
My tool shows SW 1037353453 but the HW field is empty. Right file?
Yes, KESS and KTAG often leave HW blank. Check 0 281 010 567 and 96 411 881 80 on the label; if the upgrade line is empty or repeats 1037353453, this is your file.
Will this file work on a Peugeot 406 2.2 HDi?
Only if the 406 label reads HW 0281010567 / PSA 9641188180 and the tool shows 1037353453. It is reported with this software but we did not read it from a 406 ourselves.
Same hardware 0281010567 but my tool shows SW 1037353283?
Then you need the other file for this hardware: SW 1037353283 with PSA 9641188180, sold on its own page. 0281010567 alone is not enough to choose.
Why are there 2 downloads for one software?
We read 2 ECUs running 1037353453. Write read #1; the other differ by VIN, immobiliser and adaptation data in the EEPROM, useful to compare with your own read.
Does the EEPROM contain the immobiliser of the donor 607?
Yes, as read. This is the original state of ECU 0281010567, not a virgin file: for another car, transfer your own immobiliser data or use a virgin EEPROM.
